This hand-painted original icon measures 5 x 7 inches and is 11/16 inches thick. It is painted in egg tempera on a traditional icon board (natural gesso on wood panel). The halo is gilded in 24 carat gold leaf. The icon is finished with an artist-grade archival varnish. It comes ready-to-hang with a drilled hole for a nail.
